**Job Description**
Responsible for oversight of the Client Services Department or Patient Service Centers under the direction of the Saint Luke's Regional Laboratories (SLRL) Manager Outreach Services.
+ Trains new staff.
+ Edits and reviews timecards.
+ Revises procedure manuals.
+ Assists SLRL Manager Outreach Services in establishing staff performance criteria for customer service and telephone etiquette, timeliness of problem resolution and compliance with department processes.
+ Serves as a resource for escalation of problem issues by the Client Services associates.
+ Monitors performance of laboratory couriers.
+ Monitors and guides organization and protocols for stocking and delivery of supplies.
