SailPoint Engineer (IdentityIQ)
Job Description • Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet the organization's IAM requirements. • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather GIAM (Global IAM) requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, forms, rules, connectors, and other components to support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance. • Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications, including but not limited to Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and business applications. • Implement and maintain access control policies, and entitlement management within SailPoint IdentityIQ. • Work with internal teams to conduct integration testing to verify the functionality, performance, and security of IAM solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems, including identifying and addressing system vulnerabilities, access control gaps, and data integrity concerns. • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and technologies. • Document IAM solution designs, configurations, and operational procedures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Ability to provide rigorous and detailed descriptions of problems and features to product developers and managers, and to update descriptions, status, and information in a well-organized manner • Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience in IAM and 3+ years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), administration, implementation, concepts, features, etc. • Strong IAM domain and concept knowledge, such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, entitlement management, etc. • Development experience; knowledge of Java, ability to write scripts, experience building APIs, etc. • Familiarity with identity protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM. • Experience building and deploying Azure cloud enabled applications leveraging 12 factor design. • Hands on experience with automation and pipeline implementation (Testing, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipeline). • Experience and comfort working in an Agile environment (Scrum and Kanban). • Possess strong engineering skills and experience developing maintainable, scalable multi-tiered applications. • Possess maniacal focus on automation and always looking towards reducing waste and improving efficiencies. • Experience with Azure services (Storage, Networking, Containers etc). • Integrating modern SaaS solutions and vendors with existing systems and services
