Job Description Insight Global’s banking client is hiring for a Sailpoint Developer. As part of the software development lifecycle, candidates will design, develop, configure, test, debug, and document both system and application programs. They will contribute to the preparation of technical design specifications by analyzing functional requirements and supporting documentation. Candidates review these materials to provide thoughtful feedback that enhances clarity and alignment with project goals. Collaboration is key in this role – you will work closely with other developers to ensure consistency and uphold high standards of quality. I also participate in architectural discussions, design planning, and code reviews to help shape scalable and maintainable solutions. Additionally, they create and maintain detailed operational and system-level documentation. The work requires a strong command of the designated software application, and to bring subject matter expertise to support both development and decision-making processes.
