Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Safety Training Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Safety Training Manager, you will be responsible for providing a pivotal role in safety training, internal projects planning, and managing the preventative maintenance at the property. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Provide and log safety and skillset training as directed, staying current on industry regulations and gaming-specific requirementsManage preventative maintenance schedules and maintain stock of necessary parts and materials to support timely completionLead and motivate a diverse team of maintenance technicians, collaborating with managers and directors to execute internal projects and improve operational efficiencyIdentify and implement cost-saving measures and innovative methods that extend lifecycle and reduce maintenance needs without compromising qualityMaintain clear communication with stakeholders, reporting progress and addressing compliance, safety, and project-related issues proactively

More about youMinimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance industry Exceptional ability to facilitate material in a learning setting Knowledge of purchasing and ordering materials Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Must possess a valid driver's license 

Physical requirementsManual dexterity is sufficient to use hand tools and to paint Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
