Airswift is working with a Major Oil and Gas company to find Safety Specialist to join their team in a 12-months contract in Midland, TX with benefits (mileage offered and no per diem).

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support both Complex Maintenance operations and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) initiatives across our facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, exceptional safety awareness, and hands-on experience in energy infrastructure and upstream operational environments.

Responsibilities:

Support GHG-related projects focused on reducing emissions across energy and utility systems. Apply technical expertise in overhead power systems, substations, and transmission infrastructure to ensure accurate assessments and system performance improvements. Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities for emission reduction in power distribution and electrical systems. Work closely with engineering and environmental teams to support compliance, reporting, and monitoring activities
