Job Description Salary: $75k  We’re looking to fill a Safety Specialist position to support our client's field operations in the Broward and West Palm Beach area across infrastructure and transportation projects. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with OSHA 1926, OSHA 1910, MUTCD, and DOT standards, while working closely with field crews, project managers, and subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building a culture of safety through compliance, communication, and technology. Skills and Requirements • 3-5 years in construction safety / heavy highway civil  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, MUTCD (600 Index)  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)  • Ability to teach OSHA 10/30 courses  • Excellent communicator, trainer, and field partner  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and safety software Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
