You will be spearheading the development of first-rate safety reporting systems that are essential to our mission! **Key Responsibilities** + Safety Reporting: Ensure all safety data is accurately collected, analyzed, and reported in compliance with regulatory requirements. + Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine safety reporting needs and successfully implement solutions that meet those needs. + Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of all safety-related activities and communications. + Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of safety reporting. + Training: Offer training and assistance to team members regarding safety reporting procedures and standard processes. **Qualifications & Requirements** + Educational Background: Graduated pharmacist, Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Dentistry + Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety reporting or a related field. + Skills: Outstanding attention to detail **Proven ability to strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** + Software Proficiency: Familiarity with safety reporting software and tools. + Languages: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
