Job DescriptionMaintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with applicable health & safety regulations, permits, contractual requirements and company policyCoordinate with different parties (both internal and external) on the health and safety compliance conduction, inspection investigation, job hazard analysis and audit programsValidate all health and safety data, including quality of the data and prepare all required reportsCoordinate and implement the health and safety compliance and awareness promotional activities and training programmes for all staff, visitors and contractors

QualificationsDiploma or above/ Certificate in Occupational Safety & HealthConstruction Safety (Green Card) TrainingSafety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CICLifting Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CICA12 Silver Card issued by CICGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in the factory or construction field with experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 audit is preferredRegistered as Safety Officer with the Labour DepartmentHolder of First Aid certificate is requiredDriving license is preferred (Class 1 and 2)Proficient in MS office / Google applications Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and presentation skillsCandidates with less experience/ without Safety Officer registration in the Labor Department will be considered as Safety Supervisor
