Job DescriptionDevelop, implement and maintain the safety management systemWork closely and coordinate with various site teams, including Data Center Operation Team, Property Team Security Team, etc. in conducting risk assessments on operational activitiesWork closely and coordinate with Project Team and Implementation Team, in reviewing their risk assessments, required permits and monitoring their work safety, on expansion projects and implementation projectsConduct routine safety inspections and monitor EOHS performance (including customers, customers’ vendors, employees, various site teams, project team, implementation team and vendors) for the data centerPlan and conduct safety trainings and promotionsHold routine EOHS meetings with site team / management teamReport and record all EOHS incidents, and conduct incident investigation and analysisMonitor the compliance with all relevant EOHS legislations and prepare relevant reportsSupport customer, internal and external audits on EOHS aspect and ensure all audit findings are properly resolvedEnsure all required EOHS records are well maintainedProvide professional advices to management team for decision making regarding EOHS issuesAttend urgent site meetings, conduct site inspection and handle EOHS issues outside working hours if requiredPerform any other duties as assigned

QualificationsUndergraduate degree / Higher diploma / diploma holder in Occupational Safety and Health / Environmental Management / Safety Management or related disciplineRegistered Safety Officer under Labour Department is a mustRegistered Safety Auditor is an advantage

Additional Information

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ post-registration EOHS working experience in Facility Management / Construction industry. Preferably in E&M related projects. Experience in Data Center is an advantageGood knowledge in local safety & health regulationsKnowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001First-aid & AED certificate holder is an advantageProactive with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, problem solving mind-set and ability to write reportsGood command of both spoken and written Chinese and EnglishGood knowledge of computer application in Microsoft Office, English & Chinese word processing
