The Safety Officer will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures in compliance with company, local, state, and federal regulations Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions Training employees on safety protocols and procedures Investigating accidents and incidents to identify their root cause and prevent future occurrences Maintaining safety records and reports Collaborating with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements Participating in safety meetings and committees Keeping abreast of changes in safety regulations and standards Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
