Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, DOL guidelines, and internal safety policies at our center. This role is responsible for enforcing safety standards, facilitating staff training, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and promoting a culture of health and safety across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a positive role model for students and staff, lead safety meetings, and collaborate with leadership to identify and address risks. CPR/First Aid certification required. $25/hr, Apply today! Requirements • Certification in OSHA Safety or equivalent qualifications. • Proven experience conducting safety audits and implementing safety standards. • Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. • Ability to effectively investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions. • Excellent communication skills for leading training sessions and safety meetings. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate safety documentation and records. • First Aid certification is required. • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff to foster a safe environment.
