Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting a data center project in Spotsylvania. The Safety Manager will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and supporting site-specific safety programs, collaborating closely with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors to conduct safety trainings.
Develop and implement site-specific safety programs.Work in partnership with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors.Conduct safety trainings and document all project safety training.Conduct and document all safety inspections.Coordinate job site hazard analysis programs.Develop and review work plans.Review and finalize all safety submittals.Interact with subcontractors and the owner's representatives.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in safety management or a CHST degree.OSHA 30 Certification.Safety management in construction and data center environments.Proficiency in OSHA safety standards and procedures.First Aid Certification.CPR Certification.AED Certification.Work Environment
The position is onsite in Fredericksburg, supporting a UVA project. The role involves working closely with a variety of stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
