Job title: Safety Lead

Main Accountabilities

Conducting regular safety inspections and assessments

Developing and implementing local safety-related policies/procedures

Conducting risk assessments and defining actions for key identified risks (legal, social, reputational)

Managing general safety and hazardous work

Managing ATEX processes

Leading investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events

Developing and leading emergency response plans

Implementing new safety technologies and methods

Monitoring and communicating safety targets and their status

Leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices by providing training, education, and/or relevant programs for all employees (machine safety, fire safety, ATEX, protective equipment and measures, asphyxiating gases etc.)

About you

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE field

Occupational Health and Safety Engineer

Advanced Fire Safety Qualification/Degree

Native Hungarian and Fluent English (written and spoken)
