Here, you will make an impact by: + Lead classes of people that are desiring a deeper understanding of safety at heights + Implement safety regulations, manufacturer instructions and best practices from the field into hands on learning + Determine the learning styles of each individual student and cater your coaching accordingly + Support the many industries that utilize 3M products to maintain the safety of their employees **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + High school diploma or higher degree (completed and verified prior to start) + Two (2) years of experience within the last 5 work years delivering fall protection, rescue, and confined space training to end users in a private, public, government or military environment + Two (2) years of 3M Safety Training curriculum experience in a private, public, government or military environment + First Aid certified + Current, valid driver’s license Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Bachelor’s degree in Safety from an accredited institution + Five (5) years of industrial safety in a private, public, government or military environment + SPRAT or IRATA certified + Fluent in French + Skills include public speaking, adult education, **Work location: Remote** + **Airdrie, AB** **Travel: May include up to 50% domestic** **Relocation Assistance: May be authorized** 3M Canada welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
