null + Assess crashworthiness performance for high speed crash test modes by means of CAE tools and physical tests. + Perform post-crash test analysis to identify issue root cause and enhance CAE correlation. + Interpret CAE/test results and produce concise summaries to be communicated to D&R engineers and Management. + Develop component and subsystem level test methodologies to validate designs in preparation for crash testing. + Support design progression with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. + Drive design changes to ensure Crash Safety compliance. + Perform optimization studies by means of CAE tools and 6-Sigma Methodology. + Support and lead technical meetings with relevant stakeholders. + Document lessons learned. + Participate in global Crash Safety forums. + Bachelor´s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required. + Solid basis of mechanics engineering. + Fluent English + Basic knowledge of Finite Element Method. + High capacity for root cause finding based on test or CAE data. + Ability to interface with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. + Clear communication. + Ability to address complex technical issues under pressure + Works with a global team and collaborative environment + Quick learning ability and self-taught mindset + Software: Altair Hyperworks (Hypermesh, Hypercrash, Hyperview, Hyperigraph), Catia or CAD software, Teamcenter, LSDYNA preferred. **Requisition ID** : 48915
