We’re searching for a proactive and passionate Safety Coordinator to help champion a culture of safety and prevention at our Distribution Center. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive workplace for all.

What You’ll Do:

Be a safety culture ambassador, promoting continuous improvement through training and open communication.

Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures that align with OSHA standards and company goals.

Conduct routine site inspections, job hazard analyses, and safety audits to ensure compliance and proactively identify risks.

Lead safety meetings, deliver training for new and existing employees, and share lessons learned across the organization.

Collaborate with leadership on root cause investigations, corrective action planning, and incident tracking.

Participate in regulatory inspections, ensuring our Distribution Center exceeds federal and state safety requirements.

Act as a visible, active presence on the production floor, intervening when unsafe actions or conditions are observed.

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in a safety-related role.

2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, OSHA standards, or similar safety management experience.

Strong ability to communicate clearly across all levels of an organization — from warehouse floor to senior leadership.

Proven skills in problem-solving, policy development, and proactive risk mitigation.

Comfortable adapting to change, multitasking, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
