We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Safety Coordinator to lead and support safety initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role where your passion for safety and compliance will help ensure a secure work environment for all employees.
If you have a strong knowledge of OSHA standards, excellent communication skills, and a background in manufacturing or industrial environments, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Do:Monitor and enforce workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions
Facilitate safety training and onboarding for employees
Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
Serve as the go-to person for safety-related concerns and improvements
Keep accurate safety records, logs, and reports
What We’re Looking For:2+ years in a safety role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Solid working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead safety meetings and deliver engaging training sessions
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., OSHA 30) preferred
Comfortable using safety management software and Microsoft Office tools
