What you’ll do Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the configuration, implementation, and lifecycle management of voice core network solutions, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency across IMS, Legacy Voice, and VoLTE platformsLead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvementOversee L3 support and act as the final escalation point for complex voice-related incidentsDrive the implementation of AI/ML-powered tools for diagnostics and performance monitoringEnsure compliance with regulatory and security standards in voice service deliveryManage vendor relationships (e.g., Ericsson, Oracle, Huawei), ensuring SLA adherence and lifecycle alignmentCoordinate cross-functional projects including 5GSA voice readiness and service evolutionOwn documentation standards and ensure the team contributes to high- and low-level design and support materialsCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support of voice servicesWho you are Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with regulatory and security standards in telecom environmentStrong leadership and team development skills in technical environmentsDeep understanding of voice core technologies (IMS, SS7, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5GSA)Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems (e.g., Ericsson, Oracle, Huawei)Excellent problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure scenariosAbility to drive innovation and continuous improvement in service assuranceProven experience leading technical teams in telecom or network operationsSolid knowledge of voice core network architecture and protocolsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholdersNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
