Volt is immediately hiring for SaaS Sales Representative in Colorado Springs, CO.
This is a Full-Time / Direct Hire opportunity.
Schedule: Hybrid with one day per week in the office for marketing purposes, and on-site for the first month. Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 salaried exempt + Uncapped Commission.
Projected Second-Year Earnings: $120,000
Projected Third-Year and Beyond: $150,000+, with current employees in similar roles earning over $200,000.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Job Description:
The SaaS Sales Representative will showcase the company's product offerings and their advantages to potential and existing clients, aiming to build trust in the company's technological foundation and address any business or technical concerns during the sales process. This requires the representative to effectively utilize their technical and sales expertise to gather client needs, craft a technical sales approach, and proficiently configure and demonstrate solutions through product trials that meet those needs and deliver value.
Responsibilities:
Understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses that need. Build and present solution demos. Provide outstanding leadership through trial, implementation and ongoing customer success. Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position. Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management. Respond effectively to RFPs. Engage with clients to provide value for service contracts.Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to sell software. Experience in a customer-facing role: sales, sales engineer, consulting, product management/marketing, training Ability to travel domestically 50% - 70% Price negotiation experience and experience closing deals Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology Maintain a solid understanding of competition in the areas of product, technology, applications, sales and strategies Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills, to interact effectively with executives Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones B.S. degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferredBenefits:
