As a SaaS Order Operations & Provisioning Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of customer account provisioning. From initial order setup to ongoing entitlement updates, you’ll ensure new and existing customers are provisioned accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with their contracts. Working closely with cross-functional teams -including Order Management, Sales, Support, and Finance - you’ll process cases, troubleshoot provisioning issues, maintain customer data integrity in Salesforce CRM, and uphold high standards of accuracy and service delivery.
