In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.How you will contributeYou will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that deadlines are met and service quality is delivered. To excel in this role, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations. You will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, that access requests and issues are handled promptly, and that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and acted on.Your specific area of responsibilityAdministration with a strong customer-service orientationMS Office, especially ExcelMeeting deadlines and strong prioritization skillsMeticulously attending to detailsWorking with a case management systemPerform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
