Resilient, capable to deal with ambiguity and continuous challenges. Able to communicate in English (advanced / fluent), Spanish desirable (fluent/native). Experience or familiarity with projects involving tools / technologies like o9, Kinaxis, or other advanced planning solutions will be considered a strong plus. **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
