You lead a portfolio team that follows globally harmonized processes to ensure the right decisions are made on portfolio spend while focusing on value delivered and alignment with our business strategy. Managing portfolios includes not only the processes, but also the tools used to plan, create, assess, balance and communicate execution of portfolios that support our global and/or regional goals and strategies.

Extensive experience in portfolio management including financials in a complex matrix organizationExtensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operationsExperience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environmentAbility to master details across broad subject matters and synthesizing the essence in concise communicationExperience in financial, organizational, risk and change management

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree

Advanced English is required

Job specific requirements:

At least 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Deployment Manager or similar roles.Strong experience in SAP system implementation projects with S4Hana, participating in the deployment, testing, and cutover stages.Familiarized with agile methodologiesExperience in risk management and vendor managementGood skills of communication with multicultural teams on large projects involving different regions in LATAMKnowledge in tools such as Jira, MS project and Power BI.
