Make It Uniquely Yours.** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Manufacturing - Regional MTI Cutover coordinator AMEA to lead business units as they implement O9 planning and SAP S4HANA systems. As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs of embracing a new state of the art planning system O9 solutions as well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core. As a Manufacturing - Regional MTI Cutover coordinator, you will share the Mondelez cutover methodology, experience & tools into the project, guides and support the project cutover lead & own the cutover part for Manufacturing tower for AMEA S4 implementations. You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions. **How you will contribute** You will: + Act as a Manufacturing - Regional MTI Cutover coordinator and be accountable for driving cutover planning & execution activities within the assigned areas of responsibilities. + Initiate and drive the collaboration within respective team(s) to develop and maintain area-specific cutover plan that will roll up into the central cutover plan. + Derive the execution of the cutover tasks within the Manufacturing for SCUT, ICUT, UCUT & PCUT. + Attend/participate in cutover preparation, review, kickoff, and checkpoints/progress meetings throughout the release cycle **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
