Your Responsibilities

Sourcing Duties

Drive the implementation and development of global and regional category strategies within the ASG HubLead complex supplier negotiations and contract development in line with company policiesManage sourcing and tendering processes via Ariba, acting as the escalation point for supplier performance issuesDevelop and maintain performance transparency tools such as scorecards, KPIs, and order profilesMonitor market trends and benchmarks to identify innovation opportunities and anticipate changesControl and approve purchase orders (POs) in compliance with procurement guidelinesCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and strategic supplier management

P2P Duties

Handle invoice account assignments, especially for complex invoices (e.g., events).Serve as the primary contact for service center inquiries on invoice assignments.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldCommercial training or further education in finance, accounting, or taxation (e.g., certified accountant)+3 years of experience in SourcingAnalytical mindset & project management skills, with proficiency in Excel and SAPStrong communication and negotiation abilities in international, cross-functional teamsSolution-oriented approach with leadership potential and a drive to growFluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S4-HANA (FI and MM)
