Your Responsibilities

P2P Duties

Act as the main point of contact for complex invoice account assignments and service center inquiriesCoordinate cross-functional collaboration during financial closing activitiesReview and optimize key financial metricsLead and support initiatives to improve P2P processes and efficiencyDeliver training sessions on account assignment practices and accrual handling

Sourcing Duties

Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to identify sourcing opportunities and implement effective procurement strategiesManage sourcing and tendering processes via Ariba, ensuring compliance and timely executionNegotiate and draft supplier contracts; act as an escalation point for contract-related issuesMaintain supplier master data and ensure adherence to procurement policiesProvide commercial and strategic procurement advice to business stakeholders

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience, ideally in Accounting, as well as solid knowledge of HGB and/or US-GAAP, and tax regulations (e.g., VAT, payroll tax)Strong analytical, project management, and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail with a structured, efficient work approach in fast-paced environmentsFluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S4-HANA (FI and MM)
