Description We are looking for a dedicated S125 Service Associate to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will provide exceptional customer support for Paychex products, ensuring participants and clients receive accurate and timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls from participants and employees, providing clear and thorough assistance.
• Assist client plan administrators with inquiries, ensuring accurate information is shared.
• Educate customers about S125 products, policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues or documentation needs to appropriate teams within the organization.
• Develop a foundational understanding of Paychex products and services to enhance support capabilities.
• Utilize software tools, including Salesforce and other systems, to document interactions and manage tasks efficiently.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records of all customer interactions.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely resolution of claims and complaints.
• Research and resolve customer issues, applying problem-solving skills to deliver satisfactory outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies while addressing customer concerns. Requirements • Associate’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in client or customer service roles.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to navigate multiple screens simultaneously.
• Familiarity with employee benefits, health insurance, or claims processes is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills for handling customer interactions.
• Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex is advantageous. TalentMatch®
