S125 Service Associate
Description We are looking for a dedicated S125 Service Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this long-term contract role, you will provide exceptional customer service for Paychex products, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving inquiries in alignment with company policies. This position offers an opportunity to build expertise in employee benefits and insurance services while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls from employees and administrators regarding Insurance Agency plans and services. • Provide clear and accurate information about S125 products, company policies, and applicable guidelines. • Address and resolve participant and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Escalate complex issues or documentation to appropriate teams within the organization. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and perform data entry using internal systems. • Develop and apply a foundational understanding of products to support customer needs. • Utilize software tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex to manage workflows effectively. • Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure timely resolution of client concerns. • Follow established procedures and regulations to deliver compliant and effective service. Requirements • Associate’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of one year experience in client or customer service. • Proven ability to research and solve problems effectively. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating multiple screens and systems. • Previous experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or claims management is preferred. • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally. • Capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms like Salesforce is advantageous.
