**Job Title: R Clerk - MSI Mobile Kitting** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated R Clerk to join our MSI Mobile Kitting team for the mid-shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves handling and organizing materials for the kitting process in a metal-free facility. The position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs within the department. + Build and wrap pallets as needed. + Perform kitting tasks, including taping and folding boxes. + Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory and kitting processes. + Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. + Adhere to the work schedule and company attendance policy, especially during the Q4 Burst period. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. + Basic computer skills for data entry. + Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail. + Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a similar kitting or warehouse role is advantageous but not required. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive incremental pay raises once hired permanently, including a 50-cent increase and an additional 10 cents every month, totaling $1.20 extra per hour annually.
