The Master Scheduling team is an important radar in the Abbott Logistics Nutrition Organization. The team is responsible for planning the production (3,5 billion USD) in the ‘international’ factories of Abbott Nutrition, of which four are based in Europe, one in Singapore, one in India and one in China (the latter two are directly planned in the Asia region). The master schedule is based on the demand planning of 60-80 affiliates. The S&OP Coordinator will be responsible for consolidating all inputs from our monthly planning cycle and driving the necessary discussions during the monthly S&OP meetings. This role requires a strong combination of data analytics and business acumen to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to translate business objectives—such as sales targets, budgets, cost controls, and inventory levels—into effective planning strategies, and vice versa. Our overarching goal is to support the continued growth of sales, margin, and market share for our commercial affiliates by leveraging our manufacturing network in the most optimal way.
