Our last-mile team is looking for a customer focused, and analytically skilled business analyst to join our team. This person will be responsible for bringing efficiencies and reduce costs using data analysis and visualization tools and processes to support our growing Hub Delivery program business in Europe. Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
The successful candidate will be able to work with technical and Hub delivery teams to optimize planning, execution, process improvement and track progress against goals. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoying working with large scale of data.

1. Responsible for managing volume allocation and flow to the partners and their jurisdiction
2. Responsible for driving alignment across all Amazon mila to work towards metric improvements through joint projects and goals.
3. Develop automation and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting.

We're an S&OP team supporting the Southeast Europe (SEU) region. Our work involves daily collaboration with operations stakeholders, supply chain functions, finance teams, and BI groups to develop reliable forecast recommendations. Our team members come from different backgrounds and nationalities, and we work across four corporate offices. We're focused on three main things: making sense of data and explaining it clearly, building solid relationships with our stakeholders, and enjoying what we do.
