Report to the Rx Manufacturing Head, the surfacing manager's main mission is to ensure that all surfacing operations are executed to satisfy customer needs in terms of quality and service on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis. She/he will work in a close relationship with the support functions (engineering, quality, supply chain, IT, maintenance, utilities, CI, …). She/he will comply with the EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and HR policies.

In charge of Health & Safety of himself/ herself and collaborators Ensure a smooth labor relationship Executes production in line with defined group standards Contributes to labs performance in terms of quality, cost and service Work in a close relationship with the support functions (engineering, quality, supply chain, IT, maintenance, utilities, CI, …) Ensures required workshop capacities,labor and machines Manage/evaluate the team Maintains production machines and assets Contributes to changes in Production with a continuous improvement mindset and by using the lean manufacturing tools Contributes to reduction of environmental aspects & impacts (waste, water, energy) Comply with the local and group policies Comply with the ISO certifications and other group systems Contribute to the external/internal audits All task and activity must be relate withed the company such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 13485, etc.
Must have
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in production or close functions Bachelor's or MsC Degree in mechanical/electrical/engineering or equivalent Leadership Lean manufacturing knowledge KPI driven with a structured problem-solving approach Good Interpersonal Skills with the right communication level including a good English (both written and spoken) Customer-oriented and flexible Time management Ability to work in a complex environment Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
