RWRSA - Cluster Sales Manager - Groups & Events
Job Description

The Cluster Sales Manager – Groups & Events is responsible for driving group, event, and MICE business for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based in Riyadh, the role focuses on acquiring and converting high-value regional and international group opportunities while ensuring alignment with the ultra-luxury positioning of both destinations.

This role requires strong expertise in group contracting, event planning, and destination selling, along with the ability to manage complex client requirements and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. Frequent travel to AMAALA, the Red Sea, and key markets is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development for Groups, Events, and MICE segments across regional and international markets.

Identify, qualify, and convert group opportunities in line with commercial and brand objectives.

Build and manage relationships with luxury event planners, incentive houses, DMCs, and corporate buyers.

Represent both properties at MICE trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.

Prepare and manage group proposals, contracts, and rate structures in coordination with Revenue and Operations.

Collaborate closely with Events, F&B, Rooms, Wellness, and Operations teams to ensure seamless group delivery.

Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and account management through Salesforce and Delphi.

Support government and high-protocol group coordination in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales with strong exposure to Groups, Events, or MICE.

Proven experience handling regional and/or international group markets.

Strong understanding of group contracting, event logistics, and luxury buyer expectations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

High cultural intelligence and confidence in hosting senior and high-profile clients.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, and Microsoft Office (experience with Cvent or similar platforms is an advantage).

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
