The Cluster Credit Manager is responsible for protecting hotel revenues through effective credit risk management, billing control, and collections across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA. This role ensures disciplined credit approvals, timely collections, and compliance with Rosewood brand standards and Saudi regulatory requirements, while supporting seamless luxury guest experiences.
The position plays a critical role in pre-opening setup, financial governance, and ongoing oversight of all credit and accounts receivable activities across both ultra-luxury resorts.
Key Responsibilities:Establish and manage cluster credit policies in line with Rosewood standards and local regulations.
Review and approve credit applications, limits, and payment terms for corporate, agency, group, and event accounts.
Oversee billing accuracy and collections across Rooms, F&B, Events, Spa, Residences, and third-party operators.
Monitor AR aging, manage overdue balances, and lead collection efforts professionally.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Events, Front Office, and Finance to resolve billing discrepancies.
Lead credit and AR setup during pre-opening phases, including SOPs, systems, and workflows.
Identify credit risks, recommend mitigation actions, and manage bad debt provisions.
Prepare and present regular reports on credit exposure, AR aging, and collection performance.
Ensure compliance with audits, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in Credit / Accounts Receivable within luxury hospitality or multi-unit operations.
Prior cluster or multi-property experience strongly preferred.
Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, and accounting systems.
Good understanding of Saudi business practices and financial regulations preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
