RWRSA - Cluster Assistant Director of Sales
Job Description

The Cluster Assistant Director of Sales plays a key role in supporting the strategic and commercial leadership of Sales for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based in Riyadh, this position focuses on driving revenue growth across Luxury Leisure, Corporate, and MICE segments, with a strong emphasis on high-value international business.

The role requires frequent travel within Saudi Arabia and to key international feeder markets. The successful candidate will act as a senior commercial representative for both properties, supporting sales strategy execution, mentoring the Sales team, and strengthening relationships with global partners and high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of cluster sales strategies across Leisure, Corporate, and MICE segments.

Drive business development and account growth in priority international and regional markets.

Represent both properties at global trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions.

Manage and nurture key global Leisure and MICE accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Support revenue delivery through performance analysis, forecasting, and market intelligence.

Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to the Sales team.

Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless commercial delivery.

Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management using Salesforce / Delphi.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality.

5–7 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with strong exposure to Leisure and MICE segments.

Proven experience handling international markets; Europe and Western markets preferred.

Strong understanding of luxury sales, client hosting, and relationship management.

High cultural intelligence with the ability to engage senior Saudi and international clientele.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
