Position: RV Sales Manager

​Schedule: Tues-Sat, 8:00am-5:00pm

80 Hours PTO front-loaded on day 1

Responsibilities


The Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.  This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

Ensure sales goals are attainedManage daily activity & training of the sales staffEnsure sales people are engaging with customersAddress and resolve customer concerns

QualificationsPrevious RV or Automotive Sales Management experience Must have a stellar track record with an exceptional CSIStrong communication and customer engagement skillsAbility to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goalsCDK experience is a plus​Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of
