Responsibilities: + Deliverone-on-one ABA therapyto clients, using evidence-based methods that foster independence and positive behaviors. + Collaborate as an integral member of our clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans. + Record session data electronically and accurately. + Create asupportive learning environmentwhile maintaining open communication with families (Russian language skills are highly valued for serving bilingual households). Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + RBT certification (preferred). + Fluency in Russian and English preferred(or willingness to work with Russian-speaking clients). + Passion for working with children with Autism and making a positive impact. + Patience, empathy, and calm problem-solving skills.
