Responsibilities: + Deliverone-on-one ABA therapyto clients, using evidence-based methods that foster independence and positive behaviors. + Collaborate as an integral member of our clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans. + Record session data electronically and accurately. + Create asupportive learning environmentwhile maintaining open communication with families (Russian language skills are highly valued for serving bilingual households). Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + RBT certification (preferred). + Fluency in Russian and English preferred(or willingness to work with Russian-speaking clients). + Passion for working with children with Autism and making a positive impact. + Patience, empathy, and calm problem-solving skills. Important Details: + Services are provided inclients- homes. + Positions startpart-time, with potential for more hours. + Must be willing to commit toat least 6 monthsto help our clients achieve lasting progress. Ideal Backgrounds Include: + Education or early childhood development + Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship + Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles + After-school programs or camp counseling + Behavioral health, mental health, or social services + ABA therapy or experience with Autism + Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver) + Personal experience supporting a neurodiverse family member If you'recompassionate, bilingual (Russian/English preferred), and passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
