Responsibilities:Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, using evidence-based methods that foster independence and positive behaviors.
Collaborate as an integral member of our clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans.
Record session data electronically and accurately.
Create a supportive learning environment while maintaining open communication with families (Russian language skills are highly valued for serving bilingual households).
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification (preferred).
Fluency in Russian and English preferred (or willingness to work with Russian-speaking clients).
Passion for working with children with Autism and making a positive impact.
Patience, empathy, and calm problem-solving skills.
Important Details:Services are provided in clients’ homes.
Positions start part-time, with potential for more hours.
Must be willing to commit to at least 6 months to help our clients achieve lasting progress.
