As an advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services Deal with all correspondence as requested/required Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Native or proficient level of Russian (C2) Intermediate level of English (at least B2)  Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies A motivated and enthusiastic personality Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly Familiarity with ticketing systems Experience with policy work, or help resource project management Able to follow guidelines and instructions Ability to think outside the box Must hold Serbian citizenship or valid work permit for Serbia Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Belgrade, Serbia
