Are you a pragmatic problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence and customer satisfaction? Moog Commercial Aircraft Group Tewkesbury is seeking a RUR Engineer to join our dynamic Aircraft Control Components team. This role is pivotal in bridging technical investigations with customer engagement, ensuring timely resolutions and world-class service.

You’ll lead and support investigations into returned units, collaborate across departments, and represent Moog in customer interactions—both locally and internationally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring deep engineering insight with a commercial edge, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive progress on technical investigations and resolve scheduling challengesCoordinate and host customer visits related to returned unitsEnsure investigation outputs meet customer expectations and timelinesAuthor and support aftermarket technical documentation (CMM, RTW)Collaborate with design teams and engineers to deliver project outcomesProvide technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to peer reviewsMaintain performance tracking and clear communication across teams
