Position: In-Seat Runner Department: Premium Restaurants & Premium ClubsLocation: Rogers Centre – TorontoReports To: Premium Services Manager & Premium Floor SupervisorEmployment Type: HourlyUnion Affiliation: Premium Food Service CBA Key Responsibilities + Deliver food and beverage orders from expeditors to guests in a timely and organized manner. + Support service staff by running products and assisting with guest needs. + Stock and restock grab-and-go snack, candy, and beverage locations. + Keep displays organized, attractive, and functional. + Maintain knowledge of seating layouts and pick-up locations. + Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens. + Adhere to Legends’ uniform and grooming standards. + Perform opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties as assigned. + Follow all company service standards, safety guidelines, and food safety requirements. + Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Smart Serve certification (or ability to obtain). + Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, allergens, and service standards. + Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills. + Proficient English language communication skills (spoken and written). + Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.). + Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and stair navigation. + Availability to work a minimum of 80% of stadium events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to safety regulations.
