Job Summary:

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patronsAssist the production team to execute the agreed-upon specific needs and requests of the artists and crewPurchase and deliver various products and materials from local spotsMaintain cash and receipts throughout the dayAssist in keeping the green room tidy and sanitizedEnsure backstage areas are clean and free of clutterFollow company protocol as communicated by venue managementAll other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customersMust be 21 years of age or older for alcohol purchases and must be 25 years of age or older for rental vehiclesMust have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insuranceKnowledge of city and surrounding areas including restaurants and local storesAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsAbility to learn and work within systems such as MS Office and other company softwareAbility to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group communications, and instant messagingAbility to handle difficult situations and sensitive information with care and professionalismProfessional and friendly demeanorCommitted to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionBackground check required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
