Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join a fast-growing FinTech environment. The role is hands-on with Ruby on Rails development, scaling applications, and contributing to both architecture and product roadmap. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and keeping the tech stack sharp with new tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale Ruby on Rails applications in collaboration with your squad.

Influence architecture and participate in roadmap decisions.

Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer experience.

Introduce and champion new tools, frameworks, and ideas.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in software development.

Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend services.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Hotwire / Turbo in latest RoR versions.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and DevOps.

Exposure to front-end development.
