We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join our team and lead the expansion of rubber sheet and moulded product sales across Asia, with a strategic emphasis on the high-growth markets of Indonesia and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer expectations, provide solutions, and take necessary actions.
Create and execute sustainable strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maximise and drive results through direct sales and the distributor network
Expand market penetration (new products/New Markets)
To take advantage of sales tools such as Salesforce and other sales tools as specified.
Increasing overall customer satisfaction with Weir.
Foster the development of new, creative products and services
Improving the efficiency of the Rubber sheet & moulded sales business
Compliance with OHS & E (Regulatory and policy)
Communicating and facilitating market changes within the Company.
Identifying and acting upon opportunities which support the business growth strategy.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Materials)
Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in technical sales and opportunity identification.
Mining or Engineering Industry experience is desirable
Ability to understand client expectations and translate them into deliverables for large, complex organisations.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP at an intermediate level.
Ability to drive for up to 7 hours per day and travel on aircrafts, boats, and to remote areas.
