**Your role and responsibilities**
The RTR Team Leader is responsible for managing the Record-to-Report process, ensuring accurate and timely financial closing and reporting. They lead the team in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation. The role also involves coaching team members and acting as the main point of contact for RTR-related queries with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
* Managing R2R Team responsible for EMEA countries (GL, costing, consolidation, reporting)
* Preparing SLAs results and presenting them to the Client
* 1st point of escalation for the Client
* Supporting the team with operational tasks during closing
* MEC reporting
* Supporting transformation of processes
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Fluency in English language C1
* Any other European language asset
* Proven experience in people management
* RTR experience or financial background
* Accuracy, diligence and commitment
* Practical advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
* Strong customer orientation and proactive approach
* Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit
* Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
