**RTR Manager**
**About the Role**
As a CBRE BSO RTR Manager, you will lead and manage the Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting. month-end close, financial statement, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, and ensures the timely and reliable delivery of financial information to stakeholders across US region.
This position requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership skills to manage a team, and expertise in ERP system and process improvement to ensure financial integrity and efficiency with cross-functional departments .
**What You’ll Do**
+ Oversee the end-to-end RTR process, including general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, and financial reporting,
+ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports,
+ Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations,
+ Review and analyse financial results, ensuring accuracy and consistency,
+ Supervise balance sheet reconciliations,
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to accounting policies and procedures,
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the RTR function,
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements,
+ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations,
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to achieve targets.
+ Supporting team in other accounting activities
**What You’ll Need**
+ Proven experience in accounting, including leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment,
+ Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and EMEA regulatory frameworks
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree a plus
+ CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred
+ Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills,
+ Experience driving automation and digital transformation in finance functions
+ Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc), Oracle Peoplesoft knowledge advantageous
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
