**Introduction** A Junior RTR (Record-to-Report) Accountant is an entry-level finance professional who handles core accounting tasks like posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and assisting with month-end closing under supervision, focusing on collecting and delivering accurate financial data for reporting. **Your role and responsibilities** * Rule based and non-rule-based journals postings - both Cadency & S4 * Manual postings in S4 related to bank statements & vendor invoices processing * Payroll processing * Accounts reconciliations * Accounts clearance * Month end closing activities * Financial reporting at the month end * Resolution queries upon client request **Required technical and professional expertise** * R2R experience is an asset * Education background accounting/economics as an asset * Fluent in English * Very good analytical skills and attention to details * Experience in using accounting systems (SAP, SAP4HANA) * Advanced skills using MS Office applications (Excel) * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team * Self-motivated, can prioritize tasks and set deadlines * Well organized and proactive * Quick Learning Ability * Good client focus IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
