Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for an RTR GL Accounting Supervisor (Team Lead). This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.

What You Will Do

Plays a vital role in any organization or business.Operates in organizing day to day RTR GL accounting operation role with a relevant people management (Team coordinators, Team members that helps to facilitate the daily functions and operations of the organization.)Secure onboarding schedules and starter trainings for new joiners, plays important role in quality and timelyJournal Entry approval and account reconciliation approval processesTeam lead has a close working relationship in order to keep the relevant team running smoothly.Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.Key contributor in quality and timely month end close processes, participating in good SOX Control processes

What You Bring

Required:

Qualifications College or university degree preferably in finance/accountancy EssentialExperience Min. 5 year in the relevant field (RTR, accounting or finance) EssentialKnowledge, skills &abilities Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal) EssentialOther European language knowledge AdvantageAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) EssentialHaving deep understanding of RTR GL processes EssentialTrainer skills (on the job training) EssentialPeople management skills EssentialExcellent communication skills within the RTR organization and across functions as well EssentialLogical thinking and pay attention to the details under pressure as well EssentiaHigh tolerance for monotony EssentialGood time-manager and be able to organize his/her or subordinates day-to-day tasks EssentialSupportive attitude EssentialGood interpersonal skills EssentialOther circumstances Complete competency checks within probation period (min. 85%) Essential
