工作内容:
执行销售人员服务模式总体规划,推进区域执行落地
根据渠道布局及服务标准相关策略,制定KPI和跟进机制
设定一线销售人员效率管理指标,提升人员产出质量,并搭建管理体系
销售RTM战略计划及年度计划周期数字、分销/覆盖等销售目标的设定及跟进
职位要求:
1) 三年以上工作经验
2) 具有RTM或商贸工作经验优先
3) 拥有优秀的数据挖掘,分析,表现能力
4) 学士学位及以上
5) 精通PPT and excel或初步的数字化搭建能力
