Job Description

As a Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the flow of business operations in real time. This role is crucial for ensuring that efficiency targets are met and decision-making is well-informed by up-to-the-minute data.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze real-time data to manage call flow and staffing levels effectively.Adjust schedules and workforce allocation in response to fluctuations in demand or unexpected events.Prepare and deliver timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.Collaborate with operations and workforce management teams to enhance processes and increase efficiency.Use real-time data to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.Maintain accuracy in data analysis for forecasting and planning purposes.

 

Required QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Excel and experience with workforce management software tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.English (at least B2 level)

 

Preferred SkillsExperience in call center operations or customer service environments.Previous experience in real-time analysis, workforce management, or operations management.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.Norweigan language and basic english
